Governor Abbott Endorses Sam Harless For Re-Election As State Representative

AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott today endorsed Sam Harless for re-election as State Representative of House District 126. Representative Harless demonstrated principled, conservative leadership throughout the 86th Legislative Session. Working on behalf of his constituents in northwest Harris County, Representative Harless helped reform our property tax and school finance systems, provided support to law enforcement officers, and ensured a more resilient future for Texas by securing disaster recovery funding.

“Representative Harless leads by example, and I am proud to endorse him for another term in the Texas House,” said Governor Abbott. “I’m grateful for his work on behalf of northwest Harris County to pass important disaster relief legislation, reform our school finance and property tax systems, and provide support for our law enforcement officers. I look forward to continuing our partnership to keep Texas the best state in the nation.”
